To train for a boxing match is to get into the absolute best shape of your life. Boxers need to be lean, strong, quick, powerful, and energized, and just as importantly, have a calm and centered state of mind. THAT is what it is to Train Like a Boxer, and THAT is what you'll work towards each and every time you enter the training studio.

Training

No big machines, no heavy weights, nothing that plugs in! Through the power of your own body you will experience one-of-a-kind workouts each time you visit our studio. Pair high intensity, plyometric training with traditional boxing and experience our concept of Training Like a Boxer.

We take nutrition seriously and believe that no matter how hard you push it in the ring or on the turf, without the right fuel for your body you will never be able to perform at your highest level.     Growing up in Brazil my passion for combat sports was lit by Bruce Lee, Jean Claude Van Damme, Mike Tyson, and Dragon Ball Z. As I got older my childhood fantasies turned into an obsession with fitness.

    I earned my certificate/diploma from the National Personal Training institute in 2008, and have been training since. Specializing in martial arts conditioning, high intensity interval training, circuit training, and calisthenics.

    For the past couple of years I've trained in Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Using elements of each one to create unique and intense workouts.
