Boxing

To train for a boxing match is to get into the absolute best shape of your life. Boxers need to be lean, strong, quick, powerful, and energized, and just as importantly, have a calm and centered state of mind. THAT is what it is to Train Like a Boxer, and THAT is what you'll work towards each and every time you enter the training studio.

Training

No big machines, no heavy weights, nothing that plugs in! Through the power of your own body you will experience one-of-a-kind workouts each time you visit our studio. Pair high intensity, plyometric training with traditional boxing and experience our concept of Training Like a Boxer.

Nutrition

We take nutrition seriously and believe that no matter how hard you push it in the ring or on the turf, without the right fuel for your body you will never be able to perform at your highest level. Don’t waste the time and effort you have devoted to your training. Find your nutrition strategy and exceed your potential!

Kids Programs

It's never too early to develop an understanding of health and nutrition! Let Vo2max be the outlet for that understanding with all of our family-focused programs.

    All levels flow is a yoga class for everyone - from beginners to seasoned practitioners, from the person just getting off the couch for the first time to the athlete looking to improve their game, Vinyasa Power yoga will give you the tools you need to find your own practice.  This isn't about being "bendy" or flexible, it's about increasing your strength and flexibility while learning how to breathe - boosting your immunity, mental, spiritual and physical health all at the same time.  Let the teachers at Elite show you just how much yoga you CAN do.  Make sure you are ready to sweat... and maybe have a little fun too! Classes will be warm but not HOT.

Are you pressed for time?  MaxFit45 is a short duration, high intensity, action packed group exercise experience.  Have you tried P90X or Insanity and couldn't get enough?  This is the class for you -- all the workout in a fraction of the time.  We know how busy life can be - MaxFit45 is the perfect way to break up your normal routine and still get to work on time!  Offered three days a week so you have no excuse -- come train with us today and see what your friends have been talking about!

    The only thing you will need is yourself – get ready to work and sweat with lead trainer Erin in this fast paced, high energy class, all in under 45 minutes!!
