No big machines, no heavy weights, nothing that plugs in! Through the power of your own body you will experience one-of-a-kind workouts each time you visit our studio. Pair high intensity, plyometric training with traditional boxing and experience our concept of Training Like a Boxer.


We take nutrition seriously and believe that no matter how hard you push it in the ring or on the turf, without the right fuel for your body you will never be able to perform at your highest level.     It all started with karate. I got into it as a child and dove back into it with new passion as an adult. I earned my black belt and began teaching it, and quickly realized that teaching others was exactly what I was meant to do. I suffered a small setback a couple years ago when I landed wrong off of a spinning kick, tearing my ACL and meniscus in the process. It limited what I could do with karate. I had the reconstructive surgery and immediately started looking for something similar I could do with my hands that would be kinder to my knee. This brought me through the front doors at Vo2max Fitness. I already loved punching, and thought the boxing training would be good fit for me. I didn't realize it at the time, but this was a pivitol moment in my life. A year and a half later, I've competed in an amateur fight, completed my coach's certification, trained and cornered fighters for THEIR first amateur fights, and live and breathe boxing all day, every day. Nothing gets me more riled up than a good argument over which boxer is the best, or in trying to predict outcomes of upcoming matches. I love how mentally and physically exhausting is, and constantly push myself to come up with new and innovative workouts to drive my clients even further. I love my job and love sharing my passion for boxing with every single person who comes in thinking they might possibly MAYBE want to give it a try. Because it's fun. And it's hard. In a word, it's amazing.

    All levels flow is a yoga class for everyone - from beginners to seasoned practitioners, from the person just getting off the couch for the first time to the athlete looking to improve their game, Vinyasa Power yoga will give you the tools you need to find your own practice.  This isn't about being "bendy" or flexible, it's about increasing your strength and flexibility while learning how to breathe - boosting your immunity, mental, spiritual and physical health all at the same time.  Let the teachers at Elite show you just how much yoga you CAN do.  Make sure you are ready to sweat... and maybe have a little fun too! Classes will be warm but not HOT.

    A yoga class developed specifically for those individuals looking to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of yoga and alignment. This class focuses on the core asanas of vinyasa yoga and their connection to the breath. Begin to explore and deepen your yoga practice in this 75 minute basics class geared towards beginners and accessible to all levels.

  • Kids Yoga
    This 6 week class is designed just for kids - ages 4 and up - to learn and experience the foundations of yoga in a fun, safe, and active environment.  Kids will join experienced instructor Tucker Harting as he leads them through different activities and games that are designed to teach the basic fundamentals while having a great time - music, activities, and more, your kids won't want this hour to end!  Let us teach them while you take care of you - yoga is great place to start a fitness program.  Don't wait, sign up today, space is limited!
