To train for a boxing match is to get into the absolute best shape of your life. Boxers need to be lean, strong, quick, powerful, and energized, and just as importantly, have a calm and centered state of mind. THAT is what it is to Train Like a Boxer, and THAT is what you'll work towards each and every time you enter the training studio.


No big machines, no heavy weights, nothing that plugs in! Through the power of your own body you will experience one-of-a-kind workouts each time you visit our studio. Pair high intensity, plyometric training with traditional boxing and experience our concept of Training Like a Boxer.


We take nutrition seriously and believe that no matter how hard you push it in the ring or on the turf, without the right fuel for your body you will never be able to perform at your highest level. Don’t waste the time and effort you have devoted to your training. Find your nutrition strategy and exceed your potential!

    All levels flow is a yoga class for everyone - from beginners to seasoned practitioners, from the person just getting off the couch for the first time to the athlete looking to improve their game, Vinyasa Power yoga will give you the tools you need to find your own practice.  This isn't about being "bendy" or flexible, it's about increasing your strength and flexibility while learning how to breathe - boosting your immunity, mental, spiritual and physical health all at the same time.  Let the teachers at Elite show you just how much yoga you CAN do.  Make sure you are ready to sweat... and maybe have a little fun too! Classes will be warm but not HOT.

  • Yoga Flow w/Teri
    Teri’s vinyasa classes are enjoyable, thoughtfully choreographed and appropriately paced flows of ashtanga- based postures (asanas) and movement with strong emphasis on proper alignment, breath, personal awareness and individual attention. Each session begins with relaxation using breath and gradual movement to bring focus and self-awareness to the practice and to help set intentions individually and as a unified group. Classes are an athletic, invigorating and challenging physical experience, with the beneficial outcome of calming the mind and relieving stress.
